All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport. Participants from countries requiring a visa to enter Japan should obtain one from the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate ahead of time.

We can issue the invitation letter only to participants and the accompanying persons.
We can issue only an invitation letter just for the symposium period (November 3-7).
